Our flagship Shiraz, crafted with precision and patience. Fermented and hand-plunged in open fermenters, with 50% of the blend undergoing extended maceration before being pressed to French oak.

Rich and expressive, this Shiraz unfolds with layers of raspberry, blueberry, mulberry, and dark cherries. Velvet tannins weave seamlessly with hints of cedar, mocha, and spice from elegant oak maturation.

How to Serve
Best served between 15°C to 17°C. Too warm and the alcohol dominates, too cold and you miss the spice. Serve Shiraz at a slightly cooler temp than you’d expect — it draws out the wine’s complexity, from juicy black fruits to savoury pepper and oak.
Food Pairing
Perfect with slow-cooked lamb shoulder, smoky eggplant dishes, or a plate of aged cheddar.
