A true reflection of site and season, this is our flagship Pinot Noir — handpicked from the M and N parcels of the Merricks Grove Vineyard.

Tasting Notes

Complex and structured, this Pinot opens with dark berry fruits, quince, and smoky char. Elegant savoury tannins carry through to a long finish, lifted by cedar and vanilla oak.

Vineyard & Winemaking

Sourced from the M and N parcels of Merricks Grove Vineyard. Hand-harvested, 25% whole bunch, 100% wild ferment on skins, followed by 12 months of maturation in French oak. A Pinot Noir made for the long haul.

Food Pairing

Ideal alongside duck confit, porcini mushroom risotto, or a plate of aged prosciutto with soft-ripened cheese.

How to Serve

Slightly cooler than room temperature (13°C to 16°C) is just right for lighter reds like Pinot Noir — cool enough to keep the flavours fresh and vibrant, but not so cold that you miss out on all that silky, layered goodness.
