Tasting Notes

Bramble berries, jube-like sweetness, violet and a juicy raspberry kick. Low in tannins, soft in acidity — this one is all about lightness, vibrancy and youthful flair. Best enjoyed young, with a slight chill.

Inspired by the Duzzet hills of Piemonte, this Dolcetto was made for easy, joyful drinking. A wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously (just like Nonno).

Food Pairing

Ideal with antipasti, woodfired pizza or tomato-based pasta.

How to Serve

Best served lightly chilled (13°C to 15°C). This lighter-style red is happiest with a quick spin in the fridge. The cooler temp keeps its berry-bright character lifted and refreshing, especially on warmer days or when paired with tomato-rich dishes.
