Tasting Notes

Sourced from the D and F blocks of our Merricks Grove Vineyard, this Pinot Noir is bright and fragrant with notes of vibrant cherry, blackberry, and damson plum. Silky tannins weave through a palate of dusty tobacco, soft violets, and a rich finish of toasted crumble and white spice.

Vineyard & Winemaking

Hand-selected from low-yielding vines to capture aromatic delicacy and depth of flavour. Crafted with minimal intervention to allow the fruit to shine.

Food Pairing

A treat with Chinese duck, wild mushroom risotto, or a simple pizza Napoletana.

How to Serve

Slightly cooler than room temperature (13°C to 16°C) is just right for lighter reds like Pinot Noir — cool enough to keep the flavours fresh and vibrant, but not so cold that you miss out on all that silky, layered goodness.
