Plum, blackberry and black cherry meet subtle savoury notes of game and earth. The palate is layered and lifted, framed by fine tannins and gentle vanilla oak.
Vineyard & Winemaking
Fermented on skins for 9 days, then matured for 12 months in a mix of new and old French oak to preserve vibrancy while building complexity.

Try with roast duck, miso eggplant or a wild mushroom tart.
How to Serve
Slightly cooler than room temperature (13°C to 16°C) is just right for lighter reds like Pinot Noir — cool enough to keep the flavours fresh and vibrant, but not so cold that you miss out on all that silky, layered goodness.
