How to Serve
Best served just below room temperature (16°C to 18°C). Big, structured reds like Cabernet thrive with a little breathing room. A slight chill softens the tannins and lets those dark fruit, cedar and earthy notes shine through (no decanter necessary) just a few minutes out of the cellar or fridge.
