Aromas of tropical fruit and waxy white florals lead into a palate of green pear, grapefruit and soft citrus. Hints of chamomile and baked goods bring richness, while a gentle acid line offers lift and grip.

From our elevated Merricks North vineyard, gently bag-pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and delicacy.

Food Pairing

Pair with white fish, sushi, or a light zucchini and ricotta pasta.

How to Serve

For ultimate refreshment, serve between 7°C to 10°C. Any colder and you’ll lose some of its delicate fruit and floral notes, any warmer and it might not feel quite as zippy and fresh.
