Tasting Notes

Fine bubbles lift bright aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white florals, with just a hint of fresh brioche. The palate is tight and elegant, showing vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with a clean, dry finish. Lively acidity and a delicate mousse bring finesse from first sip to last.

Vineyard & Winemaking

Crafted from 92% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier and 3% Pinot Noir, predominantly from the 2022 vintage. Sourced from a single vineyard in Victoria’s Pyrenees region and made using the Traditional Method to preserve purity and freshness.

An elegant sparkling on its own, or paired with oysters, sashimi, or soft, creamy cheeses.

How to Serve
